Terms & Conditions

1. Apostrophe Educational Center has the right of terminating any student if he/she disrupts the educational process or violates the rights of other students in the
center without refund.

2. Apostrophe Educational Center is not liable for a student’s low performance in the registered program(s) if his/her attendance falls below 85% of the total number
of hours for the program(s).

3. Apostrophe Educational Center has the right to change/modify/replace the course timing/ teachers for a specific program at a given point in time when the
center deems fit to serve the purpose of the program.t

Refund policy

1. All payments made to Apostrophe Educational Center for an enrolment into any program is not subject to refund after 2 class sessions have elapsed from themstarting date for the course(s) the student is enrolled into

2. All refund(s) requests will take a processing period of at least 21 days from the date of request

3. All refunds are to not exceed a value calculated as 40% of the all payments made by the clients for all specific program(s) registered for by the applicant, in the
case that the refund is accepted
